Our Philosophy
We provide client specific solutions from modest home extensions or loft conversions, to full new build homes and housing developments. We also have great experience in building conversions for a variety of uses from education, retail and leisure. As professional consultants, we have over 20 years worth of experience in working both as part of a multi-disciplinary design team, as well as on our own, as a private company. We are passionate in the design challenges we embrace, as well as the range of services we offer.
We offer services from initial meetings and feasibility schemes, to full planning applications, working building regulation packages and full 3D visualisation packages.

We aim to help you to build your dream home. From the initial ideas stage, through to design and planning submission, we are available to guide you every step of the way. We even offer project management; including sourcing of trades and materials, and the day to day running of your build. We only work with trusted structural engineers and contractors to assist all clients in realising their dream.
